Exporting Images, Panoramas, and Videos Locally

Learn how to export images, panoramas, and videos locally.

The images, panoramas, and videos that you create in Twinmotion can be exported locally to your computer. You can export them one at a time, or export several of them at the same time. Various export settings such as Refinement, Motion blur, and Frame rate (for videos) can be adjusted.

This page provides an overview of the available file formats, resolutions, and modes for exporting images, panoramas, and videos, and explains how to export them locally.

Images, panoramas, and videos can also be embedded into Local or Cloud Presentations, and panoramas can be embedded into Panorama Sets on Twinmotion Cloud. For more information, refer to Sharing and Collaborating.

The following table shows the available file formats, modes, and resolutions for exporting images, panoramas, and videos.

Exporting Images, Panoramas, and Videos Locally

  1. Open the Export panel by clicking Export in the Footer

  2. To start selecting media to export, in the Export panel click the Plus button next to Image, Video, or Panorama.

    For each one, a window opens that contains all the images, panoramas, or videos that you have created. The image below shows the window for panoramas.

    Each window contains a Path tracer and a Real time check box. By default, both checkboxes are selected, and the windows show all the images, panoramas, or videos that were created in path tracer mode and in real time mode. To view only one mode, deselect one of the check boxes.

  3. Select the images, panoramas, videos, or video parts that you want to export. The number of items that you select is shown in the Export panel.

  4. To view or change the global export settings, in the Export panel click Image, Panorama, or Video (optional).

  5. When you are ready to start exporting, in the Export panel click Start Export.

  6. In the Select Folder window, select the folder in which you want to export the media.

    The Exporting window appears and shows the progress of the export process.

    When the window closes, the export process is completed.
