In 1990, Murat Tabanlıoğlu founded the Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık Şirketi agency, and has since won more than forty international prizes for Turkey. For instance the prestigious Cityscape Architectural Review of Dubai and the Turkish Senate grand prix for architecture.
Recognized around the world, he is connected with grand projects like the Turkish Pavilion at the Hannover Expo 2000, the Sapphire tower and the superb Kanyon shopping mall in Istanbul.
We’ve had experience on many types of project but we used Twinmotion®2 for the first time on a shopping mall project. For us it’s very important to give our clients something to look at, because our clients sell concessions off-plan well before the realization of an actual building. We saw the potential of Twinmotion®2 straight away and integrated it into our workflow.
Since then, we’ve presented the entire shopping mall in an interactive way, we take our clients to the place where there store will be. There - they see what the public will see ... it’s efficient, it’s immediate.
The render quality is very accurate, very real, the materials make you want to touch them, you sense the grain, the effects within the material.
Straight away our clients were selling places far more easily, and often wanted to extend the simulation as far as visualizing the store interiors. Which let us go even further with the design.
