« Twinmotion©2 enabled us to win the project ».

Having taken part in studies for the FedEx European Hub at Charles de Gaulle airport and the left bank office building ‘La France’ in Paris, Remi Lichnerowicz won numerous competitions: the Zenith and the exhibition park in Rouen; the Zenith and the Stade du Ray in Nice - thus confirming his status as an experienced scenographic architect.

In 1999 he took part in studies for the ice rink in Montpelier, and then won the competition for the Maison de la Region in Strasbourg, and it is with this project that the studio was able to raise the bar in terms of high quality sustainable development.

« We were competing for an office complex of several tens of thousands of square metres. So we couldn’t allow ourselves to be sidelined from the competition. We had to produce interesting project imagery very very quickly, and react rapidly for regular meetings with the Master of Works. Twinmotion©2 enabled us to win the project. Why? Because we were able to build a relationship based on confidence with our client.

Together we checked the lighting, the course of the sun, the associated shadows ... all requirements for an environmental impact assessment, which was important to ensure the project’s progression. We were able to react quickly to his remarks, even on such a enormous project. Thanks to Twinmotion©2 we were literally ahead of the game.
